Each inscription on the granite wall will be 3x10" and contain two lines of text with 20 characters each. 

Inscriptions are $150 which is the minimum amount needed to cover the engraving cost. If you are ordering more than one inscription, you may choose to make a $100 deposit and pay balance in installments.  To order an inscription, print and complete this form and send it with your payment to:

NOTE: If ordering more than one inscription,  you will need to enter each one separately and either pay the full amount for each one or choose the deposit amount in the drop down list for the number of inscriptions you'll be ordering.  For example, if you are ordering 2 inscriptions and only want to pay the $100 deposit, select 2 inscriptions Dep. (each) and you will be charged $50 for each inscription.
